We have been involved in two projects with Ian Byrnes Building in the past 2 years. One was a complete renovation of an existing building, which has now become a market leader in flooring show rooms. After researching builders on the Atherton Tableland and the Cairns region by both looking at websites and finished builds we chose Ian Byrnes Building and have never regretted that decision. Building a new home is supposed to be one of life’s main stressors but Ian and his team building our house was anything but… we lived on the property while our home was built so we had almost daily interaction with the builders and we were continually impressed by the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, willingness to help and the cleanliness of the site. Ian, as well as his team and sub-contractors were always willing to answer questions and offer informed and valuable advice about a wide range of products and finishes. Administrative support was always available from Nicky who acted as a conduit to the building team when they were not on site. We have no hesitation in recommending Ian, Nicky and their team whether it is to build your new home or renovate your existing home. Out of 10? - definitely a 10.
