Edgewater

Edgewater is an executive style home with four bedrooms with a study.  It was designed by Ernest Raso, of EDR Building Designs, one of the far north’s most exciting designers.  The home overlooks Lake Tinaroo and has been designed, not only to take advantage of the views to the lake, but also with views over the old growth rainforest on the block.  A stunning corner window looks out over the pool and bush.

Other features of this home is the seven by five metre deck which overlooks the lake, an indoor garden off the second bathroom, media room and ‘butler’s pantry’, a utility room complete with wall to wall shelving, its own sink and dishwasher.

The Edgewater home was entered in the BDAQ design awards for 2011.
